Design.

I support clients in designing learning experiences for online classrooms, leadership programs, equity initiatives, train the trainer programs, and teacher professional development.
Coaching & Facilitation.
Systems change requires continuous adult learning and growth. I work with individuals as an executive coach, supporting them in addressing leadership challenges like shaping a strong team culture and leading for equity. I also facilitate customized workshops for small and large groups seeking to learn new skills or solve complex problems. Through in-person or online settings, I leverage principles of adult learning to create relevant, applicable and engaging learning environments across cultures and contexts.
Research.
Organizational effectiveness is compounded when cutting-edge research is used to inform program design and practices. I am experienced with developing and implementing short-and-long-term research and evaluation agendas that are in alignment with organizational priorities. I bring a strategic eye to data collection, program evaluation tools, cycles of inquiry, and knowledge dissemination.
