Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my work. I am an experienced educator, researcher, facilitator, change management strategist, and leadership development specialist. I received my doctorate in education leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education. For the past decade, I’ve worked across international settings to improve outcomes for children, clients and communities through strengths-based strategies. I am passionate about building a more just and equitable world. I currently live in Copenhagen with my curious son and supportive partner. I enjoy winter bathing, yoga, historical fiction, home-cooked meals, and red wine.
